In order to improve the corrosion resistance and aesthetics of aluminum alloy profiles, surface treatment is required. Common surface treatment methods include anodizing, electrophoretic coating, powder spraying, etc. Anodizing is to form an oxide film on the surface of the profile to increase its wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Electrophoretic coating and powder coating are coating processes that give the profiles rich colors and good protective properties. After surface treatment, inspection is also required to ensure that the profile surface is smooth and flawless.
