Extrusion molding is the core process of aluminum alloy profile production. After preheating, the ingot is placed in an extruder and extruded by high pressure. During the extrusion process, the aluminum material forms the required profile cross section under the action of the die. The key to extrusion molding is to control the extrusion speed and temperature to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the profile.
