Aluminum profile spraying is a process that improves the performance and appearance of aluminum profiles by applying a layer of paint on the surface of aluminum profiles. This process usually includes three main steps: pretreatment, spraying, and curing. Pretreatment is to remove oil and oxides on the surface of aluminum profiles through cleaning and chemical treatment to improve the adhesion of the paint. During the spraying process, the paint is evenly sprayed on the aluminum profile in the form of powder or liquid. Finally, after high-temperature curing, the coating is firmly attached to the surface of the substrate to form a smooth and durable coating. This process can not only improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum profiles, but also enhance its aesthetics.
