• Challenge: The linear expansion coefficient of aluminum alloy is approximately twice that of steel. Therefore, the thermal expansion and contraction caused by welding can result in significant deformation. This not only affects the welding quality but may also increase the workload for subsequent corrections.

Solution: Before welding, apply appropriate pre-deformation to the weldment to allow it to return to its original shape after welding; apply appropriate pre-tightening force before welding to maintain the original form.
