Internal defects of die-cast parts: Treatment methods for inclusions

Use clean alloy materials, especially make sure to remove dirt from the recycled materials; ensure that the alloy melt is refined and degassed, and remove the slag completely.
③ When pouring the liquid alloy, be sure to carefully lift the liquid surface to avoid the mixture of slag and oxide scale;
④ Regularly clean the mold cavity and the die chamber to keep them clean;
⑤ Strictly control the holding temperature and shorten the holding time to prevent coarse grain formation.
