Raw Material
Raw material refers to the original aluminum profiles that have not undergone any surface treatment, typically produced through an extrusion process. The raw material of 6063 T5 aluminum alloy complies with the GB/T 5237 "Aluminum Alloy Building Profiles" standard.
Process Steps:
1. Heating the Aluminum Rods: Heat the aluminum rods to 480-520°C to make them easier to extrude.
2. Extrusion: Use an extrusion machine to extrude the heated aluminum rods into the desired profile cross-sectional shape.
3. Cooling: Rapidly cool the extruded aluminum profiles to ensure mechanical performance.
4. Stretching and Straightening: Stretch and straighten the cooled aluminum profiles to eliminate internal stress.
5. Cutting: Cut the stretched and straightened aluminum profiles into specified lengths of raw material.
Features:
Rough surface, easy to process and form.
Applications:
Commonly used in situations requiring further surface treatment, such as building frames and decorative parts.
